Okey is a classic Turkish tile game for four players, played with 106 tiles: four colors numbered 1–13 with two copies of each, plus two false jokers. Each player draws 14 tiles, taking and discarding one per turn, and wins by melding their whole hand into valid sets and discarding a final tile.

Before play, one face-up tile called the gösterge is revealed. The okey tile is the next-higher tile of the same color (gösterge red 5 → okey red 6). The okey tile is wild: it substitutes for any tile. The two false jokers also act as the okey tile.
The goal is arranging your 14 tiles into valid melds called "per":

A group may not contain two tiles of the same color, and runs do not wrap from 13 back to 1.
At the end of a winning hand every tile must be part of a meld except the single final tile you discard.
On your turn you draw one tile — either from the closed pile or the last discarded tile — then discard one. The winner is the first to meld their entire hand and discard a final tile. If 150 turns pass with no winner, the hand is declared a draw and redealt.
Hold on to the okey tile — it completes the trickiest melds.
